At Chila Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer exchanges or credit notes within 10 days of receipt of your order. Our credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be easily redeemed online.
Please note that returned items must be in the condition in which they were received, unworn, with original tags attached, and shipped back to our Colombian mailing address via express or registered mail. The cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item is faulty.
We kindly ask that you ship returned items to our address at:

and contact our customer service for a return approval before shipping back the package.
Please keep in mind that if you decide to return a bag, you are responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the new shipping cost. If you refuse a shipment or provide us with the wrong shipping address, we cannot be responsible for the reoccurring shipping fee.
