We offer exchanges and credit notes as we want you to be happy with your purchases. Our credit notes are also valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online.

Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to email@example.com.
Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.
Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.
We ask that returned items be shipped via express or registered mail to our Colombian mailing address as below:

Please email customer service for a return approval before shipping back the package.
If you refuse a shipment from Chila Bags, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Chila Bags. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If you provide us with a wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for the reoccuring shipping fee.
